Macro High-Efficiency Tube Laser Cutting Machine
Working principle
The core of a pipe cutting machine is to achieve efficient pipe feeding through "positioning and clamping + precise cutting." Different types (CNC laser, plasma, sawing, etc.) share the same core logic, and the specific process is as follows:
1. Pipe Feeding and Positioning: The pipe is fed into the equipment manually or automatically. Limit devices and photoelectric sensors determine the cutting length, ensuring accurate cutting dimensions.
2. Clamping and Fixing: Hydraulic/pneumatic clamps clamp the pipe from both sides or inside to prevent pipe displacement and vibration during cutting, ensuring a smooth cut.
3. Cutting Execution: The appropriate cutting method is selected based on the machine model (laser/plasma uses high-temperature melting and vaporization of the pipe; sawing uses a high-speed rotating saw blade; waterjet cutting uses high-pressure water jets carrying abrasive particles). The CNC system controls the cutting head/saw blade to move radially around the pipe, completing the cut.
4. Finishing: After cutting, the clamps automatically release, and the finished pipe slides out of the outlet or is conveyed by a conveyor belt. The equipment resets to await the next processing cycle. Core logic: By precisely controlling the cutting trajectory and speed through a CNC system, and with a reliable clamping mechanism, efficient and high-precision pipe cutting is achieved, adapting to the processing needs of pipes of different materials and specifications.
