Macro High-Efficiency Sheet and tube laser cutting machine
Working principle
The equipment outputs a high-energy-density laser beam from a fiber laser, focusing it onto the surface of a metal workpiece to instantly melt and vaporize a localized area. A CNC system then controls the mechanical structure to move the laser head, completing the cutting trajectory. A planar worktable is used when processing sheet metal, while a rotary fixture system is switched to when processing pipes. Combined with a high-precision laser head, precise cutting is achieved. Some high-end models can even automatically switch modes with a single click.
Product feature
A single unit can replace two traditional dedicated units, saving more than 50% of floor space and reducing equipment investment costs by 30-40%. It requires only one person to operate, reducing labor input, and its total energy consumption is 25-30% lower than that of two separate units. For plate and tube assemblies, they can be processed continuously on the same unit, avoiding material transfer, which improves production efficiency and ensures the dimensional matching accuracy between components.
